ContribuablesAssocies (the French Taxpayers Association) has just launched a new report onFrance’s Public Debt. According to the report, France is Europe’s champion interms of per capita public debt.

法国纳税人协会（ContribuablesAssocies）近期发布了一份法国公共债务报告。根据报告，法国的人均公共债务排名欧洲第一。

The report alsofinds that: Half of the public debt is foreign owned.

报告还指出：法国公共债务约五成为外国持有。

By allowing theFrench debt to grow, France risks becoming increasingly dependent on theEuropean Central Bank.

如果任由债务持续攀升，法国对欧洲中央银行的依赖性风险也会日益增加。

Many Europeancountries have introduced legal barriers to avoid debt increases.

一些欧洲国家已经引入法律壁垒避免债务增加。

The Europeancountries that manage their public finances correctly are also those which askfor government accountability in order to let companies and the economy, as awhole, grow.

目前，那些已实现公共财政高效管理的欧洲国家，正是推行政府问责制促进公司和国家经济共同成长的国家。
