        My Dear Friend, it was just wonderful tosee you at the Taxpayers Regional Forum yesterday! I have been so concernedabout you and your organization during this terrible pandemic, and it was trulyinspiring to learn that you have made such great progress on behalf oftaxpayers this past year. For my part, NTU has seen some difficult times in theUnited States, but we have endured.

        If I recall properly, CTAU and NTU werediscussing mutual cooperation last year. I would enjoy the opportunity toupdate each other on our activities and how we may help each other.

        I look forward to reconnecting soon -- yourreport was most encouraging, and I am honored to have worked with you and yourcolleagues for so many years.
