The China Taxpayers Union (Preparatory Committee)

中国华夏纳税人协会（筹委会）联盟前身是北京市国际税收研究会办税人员分会，该分会于2004年11月20日在澳大利亚布里斯班市举办的，当时有40个国家52个纳税人组织组成的世界纳税人协会年会上，在得知台湾纳税人组织曾多次要求加入该组织的情势下毅然决定，以中国北京纳税人组织名义申请加入世界纳税人协会。

The ChinaTaxpayers Union (Preparatory Committee) is formerly knownas the tax personnelbranch of Beijing International Taxation Research Institute.The branch, afterlearning that Taiwan's taxpayers' organization had repeatedlyasked to join theWTA, resolutely applied for admission to the WTA at its biennialconference,which was held in Brisbane, Australia on November 20, 2004 in thename ofBeijing Taxpayers Organization. At that time, the WTA is composed of 52taxpayerorganizations from 40 countries.
